How it works
1. Submit URL + Token C
Complete the secure form with your OCPI Locations endpoint and Token C. Credentials are encrypted immediately.
2. Verify email
We send a one-time link to confirm your contact address before syncing starts.
3. Automatic sync
We pull your feed every 30 minutes plus a daily full reconciliation so status stays current.
Operator field: Fill the OCPI Location operator object (name, website, logo) with the CPO managing each site — we show it on the station page as “Operated by”.
FAQ
How often do you pull our feed?
By default we pull your Locations every 30 minutes plus a daily full reconciliation. Platform operators can adjust the default interval; per-source schedules may differ after review.
How are tokens stored?
Token C is encrypted with a sealed box public key in the web app. Only the sync worker on our server holds the private key and can decrypt for OCPI pulls. Tokens are never shown in admin or API responses.
How do I rotate a compromised token?
Issue a new Token C in your OCPI platform and submit an updated feed via the manage link in your verification email, or contact us if you need the feed suspended immediately.
We're a hub/roaming platform — can we submit?
Yes. Choose “Hub / roaming platform” on the submission form. Make sure each Location’s operator names the CPO that runs that site — we show it as “Operated by”. Each location keeps its own OCPI country_code and party_id so we can tell CPOs apart.
How do I remove my data?
Use the manage link from your submission email to suspend or delete the source. Public locations from your feed will stop appearing after the next sync cycle.
