How live charger status works on LiveChargeMap

Source health

Each OCPI source must sync successfully. Repeated failures mark the source unhealthy and we stop implying live availability from that feed.

EVSE status age

Even when the source is healthy, an individual EVSE status must be recent. Very old OCPI status timestamps fall back to **unknown** rather than a misleading green badge.

Available only when fresh

We show **available** only when freshness checks pass. Missing data stays **unknown** — we never default to “available”.
